We provide a safe environment for strengthening personal skills necessary to live a full and abundant life through the use of Equine Assisted Therapy and expressive arts. This experience-driven therapy modality is very effective with individuals, families, youth and groups. Through facilitated activities involving horses, we provide programs tailored for individual clients or designed for the needs of a specific group. Some of the areas we commonly work in are: addiction recovery, self-esteem and confidence building, facing fears, overcoming obstacles, positive parenting, communication styles awareness, recognizing behaviors that no longer serve who you are today, empowerment, leadership and team building, recovery from past trauma,
dealing with grief, loss and illness etc. All activities are completed on the ground and no horse experience is necessary.Adlerian Counseling Center
