Understanding Grief – First Wednesday of the month, 2:30 pm. 90-minute presentation and video to help people understand what to expect and what they can do in the months following the death of a loved one
Family and Friends Loss support – Eight sessions for those who have loss a significant person in their lives.
Spouse Loss support – Eight sessions for those who have experienced the death of a spouse
Continued support – For those who have completed the Spouse or Family and Friends Support Group.
First Monday – First Monday of each month at The Crossings in Brooklyn Center (reservation required). Lunch-time get-together for those widowed less than two years.
Children and Parents Loss support – Eight sessions for children 5-12 who have experienced the death of a family member (parents’ group meets at the same time).
