She has studied with John Gray, one of the twenty-two masters taught by Mrs. Hawayo Takata and Lourdes Gray.
First degree Reiki covers history of Reiki, proper hand-positions, to treat yourself and others. The four attunements are given. Second degree Reiki increases Reiki channeling power and teaches how to do distance Reiki healing and how to use mental and emotional healing symbols and much more.
