During a session you will relax, fully clothed, by lying on a massage table. There is little or no pressure placed on the body, making it ideal for all ages and conditions. The healing energy flows wherever it is required and is often felt as a warm, tingling sensation in the recipient s body. Receiving Reiki is a very relaxing and soothing experience.
